Our Process

Consult & Contract

Monumental will send one of our Sales Consultant to walk through the project with you and grasp your vision for the space and design. Once the scope is agreed upon, Monumental will then be ready to move on to Design & Selections.

Design & Selections

Monumental will gather all of your selections as well as any necessary plans and permits for the project. This will allow for the project to run smoothly and efficiently during the construction phase.

Prep & Pre-Construction Meeting

Monumental will schedule a pre-construction meeting with your assigned project manager, project designer, and sales consultant to review project logistics, timelines, answer questions, and confirm scopes & selections with client.

Construction

During the construction phase we will cover all steps from protection and demolition to project finals. During Construction our project manager will work alongside the project designer and sales consultant to ensure your vision comes to reality. Project managers will establish day to day communication with the clients and will give clients a weekly recap on their project at the end of each week.

Finals

This is the last step before you can enjoy your renewed space! Monumental will do a final walk-through with you, making sure to answer every question and take care of any final touch-ups. Monumental will conduct any final inspections required for your project and will submit all necessary paperwork to the appropriate jurisdictions. Now you are able to enjoy your dream space!
