Prep & Pre-Construction Meeting
Monumental will schedule a pre-construction meeting with your assigned project manager, supervisor and in-house team as an introduction. During this time we will discuss project logistics & timeline, answer questions and confirm scope & selections with the client.
Construction & Quality Check
During the construction phase- we will cover all steps from demo through rebuilding. Once we have completed the project we will have our quality assurance team do a quality inspection walk-through. Finals
This is the last step before you can enjoy your renewed space! Monumental will do a final walk-through with you, make sure that every question is answered and any final touch ups are taken care of.
